3. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the program, all of the following must be true:
You must:
- Be the deeded owner of the property
- Have an active electric utility account
- Submit accurate and complete information
- Provide a valid electric bill for verification
You must NOT be:
- A renter or tenant
- Applying for a property you do not own
- Submitting altered or falsified documents
ApplyNRG reserves the right to deny or revoke eligibility if any information is inaccurate or misleading.
